Ingredients
  • Bitter gourd: 1 small
  • Tomato: 1
  • Shallots: 4-5 nos
  • Green Chilly: 1
  • Curry leaves
  • Grated coconut: 1 cup
  • Cocum (Kudampuli): 1
  • Oil: 1 Tbsp

Pavakka_Chutney

  1. Cut the bitter gourd in to thin round slices.
  2. Slice green chilly, shallots, and tomato.
  3. Heat oil in a a pan add the sliced bitter gourd, along with green chilly, shallots, grated coconut, and curry leaves.
  4. Close the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Let it cool down, and grind it on a mixer along with cocum.
