- Bitter gourd: 1 small
- Tomato: 1
- Shallots: 4-5 nos
- Green Chilly: 1
- Curry leaves
- Grated coconut: 1 cup
- Cocum (Kudampuli): 1
- Oil: 1 Tbsp
- Cut the bitter gourd in to thin round slices.
- Slice green chilly, shallots, and tomato.
- Heat oil in a a pan add the sliced bitter gourd, along with green chilly, shallots, grated coconut, and curry leaves.
- Close the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
- Let it cool down, and grind it on a mixer along with cocum.
