Ingredients
  • Dosa Batter:
  • Carrot: 1-2 (small)
  • Salt
Carrot Dosa
Cuisine: Cooking time: 15 mins Serving: 2 people

 

Initial Preparations:

  • Grate the carrots and keep it aside.
  • Add a little salt into the dosa batter, mix well and keep it ready.

Steps:

  1. Mix well the grated carrot with the dosa batter.
  2. Preheat the Dosa pan.
  3. Pour a medium sized tawa full of dosa batter into the pan and spread over to get a thin round shape.
  4. Turn and cook both sides.
