Ingredients
To marinate:
  • Boneless Chicken - 500gm
  • Ginger Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 3 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- large pinch
  • Lemon Juice - 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
  • Egg - 1 No
  • Corn Flour - 3 tsp
  • Rice Flour - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as required
For frying:
  • Cooking Oil - we used sunflower oil
  • Curry Leaves - as required
  • Green Chilies - 3
For seasoning:
  • Onion sliced - 1 small
  • Lemon - 1 small
Cuisine: Cooking time: 30 mins Serving: 3-4 people

Initial preparations

  • Clean the chicken and cut in to small cubes
  • Crush the ginger and garlic.
  • Cut the chillies to lengthy pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the marination ingredients and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Steps

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add the curry leaves and chillies.
  2. Turn to medium flame and fry the chicken pieces well until the chicken is done and turn slightly brown.

Tips:

  • The rice flour is not mandatory.
  • You may remove the curry leaves and chillies from the oil and garnish the chicken 65 with it later.
