Ingredients
- Grated coconut: 1 cup
- Shallots: 4-5
- Green chilly: 2
- Ginger (optional): 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt
Initial Preparations:
- Chop shallots and green chilly.
Steps:
- Grind all ingredients in a mixer.
- Transfer it into a bowl and mix well by using hand.
- Enjoy it with dosa, idly or vada!!!
Tips:
- If you would like to have the chutney as gravy, heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, add shallots, dried chillies and curry leaves , add chutney along with little water and allow it to cook for few minutes.
