  • Lemon juice: 1-2 cup (depends on how sour it is)
  • Mint leaves: 1/2 cup
  • Caster Sugar (or ) normal sugar: 2 cup
  • Water: as required
  • Ice cubes (if required)
Cuisine: Cooking time: 10-15 mins Serving: 5 people

Initial preparations:

  • To make the syrup, in a small pan boil the lemon juice along with the caster sugar, until the sugar dissolve.
  • Clean with mind leaves and grind it with  a mixer.



  1. In a pitcher (which can hold about 2ltrs) pour the prepared syrup, along with the grounded mint leaves.
  2. Fill the pitcher (80%) with cold water and mix well.
  3. Add more caster sugar if necessary.

Serve it cool 😉
