Ingredients
  • Puttu: 1 cup
  • Shallots: 4-5
  • Dried chilly: 1 or 2
  • Salt (if required)
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds
  • Ghee or Oil
Cuisine: Cooking time: 15 mins Serving: 2 people

Initial Preparations:

Steps:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped shallots, dried chilly and curry leaves.
  3. When it become ready, add puttu like small pieces.
  4. Add salt, if required. Saute it well.
  5. Enjoy it warm with a little sugar.. 🙂
