For Pasta:
  • Pasta: 400 gm
  • Pasta sauce: 5-6 Table spoon, or as much you like :)
  • Oregano powder: 1-2 tsp
  • Cooking cream: 2 Table spoon, you may add more if you like (optional)
  • Olive oil: 1-2 Tbsp
  • Olives: 4-5 nos
  • Onion: 1, preferably yellow
  • Mushroom: 1 cup
  • Salt as required
For Salmon grill
  • Salmon fish: 300 gm
  • Pepper powder : 2-3 Tbsp
  • Olive Oil: 1-2 Tbsp
  • Salt as required

Salmon Pasta

Initial Preparation:

  • Clean the salmon and peel of the skin, cut it into medium pieces for grilling.
  • Marinate the cleaned salmon with olive oil, enough salt and black pepper corns/powder.
  • Cook the pasta as per the instructions in the pack (approx. 15 minutes), with enough salt.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Prepare the grilling pan line it with aluminum foil and spread some olive oil with a brush.
  • Cut onion in to small cube size, clean the mushroom and cut it in to medium pieces.


  1. Place the salmon in  pan and put it in the oven at 180°C, keep it for approx. 20 minutes or until it is grilled.
  2. Drain the water from pasta and mix with 1/2 tables spoon of olive oil, keep it aside.
  3. Heat another pan, pour a tablespoon of olive oil, add sliced onion along with little salt.
  4. Once onions are translucent, add mushroom along with little pepper, mix well and cook it until the mushrooms are cooked. If you like you may add green or red pepper as well.
  5. Cut the grilled salmon to medium pieces and add it to the above mix and mix well.
  6. Reduce the heat, add cooking cream along with pasta sauce, you may skip cooking cream if you don’t like.
  7. Once the ingredients are well combined, pour this in to the cooked pasta.
  8. Mix and serve hot 🙂
