Ingredients
  • All purpose flour: 250gm
  • Caster/powdered Sugar: 200 gm
  • Butter : 200 gm
  • Eggs: 3 Nos
  • Milk : 4 Tbsp
  • Baking powder: 2 1/4 baking powder
  • Vanilla Essense: 1 tsp
Cuisine: Cooking time: 30 mins Serving: 5-6 people

Initial preparations

  • Preheat over to 180D.
  • Keep the butter in room temperature 30 minutes prior to cooking, to get it soft.
  • Get all the ingredients ready.

Steps:

  1. Beat together all purpose flour, baking powder, butter, sugar and eggs for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add vanilla essence and milk.
  3. Beat until it mix well.
  4. Pour it in to muffin cups and bake in the over for 25 minutes approx.
  5. This will produce approx 18 muffins.

Tips:

  • Add chocolate chips on top before baking if you like.
