Directions
- Blend eggs and milk together
- Add a cup of sugar and the vanilla essence
- In a pan, heat (low flame) 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 table spoon of water to make the custard. Mix until custard foams golden brown. Cool it until the caramel hardens
- Transfer the custard mix (step2) to the prepared caramel and steam cook it until the custard mix is cooked (15 minutes)
- Cool it down and refrigerate
