Poondu / garlic Dosa

For those garlic lovers.

Ingredients

  • Garlic: 12

  • Shallots: 8

  • Dried red chilli: 8 (adjust according to the spice level)

  • Salt: 1/2 tsp

  • Oil: 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Pour oil to the pan, shallow fry the ingredients.
  • Once cool down, ground to paste.
  • Pour dosa batter to the pan, spread the paste on top
  • Cover and cook the dosa
