Garlic: 12
Shallots: 8
Dried red chilli: 8 (adjust according to the spice level)
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Directions
- Pour oil to the pan, shallow fry the ingredients.
- Once cool down, ground to paste.
- Pour dosa batter to the pan, spread the paste on top
- Cover and cook the dosa
